Low Impact Aerobics; Strengthen and Lengthen; Improve Joint Mobility and your Balance while moving to fun music! Please bring your own Yoga mat.
The class can be done standing or sitting; then participants who are able to, will lie or sit on their yoga mat for the remainder of the strengthening and mobility exercises. Those seated in a chair, will do the same exercises and move according to how you feel and what you can do. The instructors will help you to modify the movements. It is a good workout for everyone!
Fee: $36/6 classes or $7 per drop-in class. Membership not required. Please register with the front office.
