Seated Yoga: New!

Gentle Yoga exercises can focus on functional mobility, coordination and enhancing lymphatic flow. Breathing and meditation exercises are part of this class as well.  Yoga is one of the gentlest forms of exercise, either sitting in a chair, or standing, using the chair for support.

Wear loose comfortable clothing.

$38.00 for 6 weeks.   Membership Required.  Please register with payment in advance of the classes.
