CHAIR YOGA (KUNDALINI YOGA)

Chair yoga exercises can focus on the heart and circulation, general mobility, coordination, enhancing lymphatic flow, mental focus, short term memory, immune function, balancing and more. You will also learn beneficial breathing techniques that are a key aspect of reaching optimum health. Enjoy all the benefits of chair Yoga in a safe and encouraging atmosphere while having so much fun! Chair yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga, mostly practiced either sitting in a chair, or standing, using the chair for support. We practice different yoga postures, with simple breathing techniques that aid in relaxation. Each session concludes with gentle relaxation/meditation to reduce stress. Chair yoga may be the perfect choice for you if you:
- Have difficulty getting down to or up from the floor
- Suffer from high blood pressure, anxiety, arthritis, fatigue, osteoporosis, and chronic pain
- Want to increase your flexibility, mobility, and move with greater ease and comfort
Wear loose comfortable clothing.
