Tuesdays, April 23rd to May 28th

Participants follow gentle exercises done to music, each performing within their own abilities. Exercises are done in chairs but you may stand too. Exercises are directed to the needs of a person with Parkinson’s disease or with mobility concerns and include: postural awareness, balance, flexibility and ease of motion. Repetition is important for improvement and building confidence.
It is a gentle program beneficial to anyone interested in feeling better. Membership not required.
This class has received many rave reviews! The instructor takes summer holidays and she will return in the fall. Look for registration at the end of the summer to join this class again or try it out!
