This is a great way to introduce some physical exercise to your life if you haven’t been very active recently or if you just want to maintain some flexibility and endurance. Exercises are done from a sitting or standing position (no floor exercises) led by a qualified Parks & Recreation Instructor.
Pre-register for this class by phone, in person or online with the City of Toronto, Parks & Recreation Department.
