The Class will begin again on Wednesday, January 16th, 2019.
Low Impact Aerobics; Strengthen and Lengthen; Improve Joint Mobility and your Balance while moving to fun music!
The class can be done standing or sitting; for all of the strengthening and mobility exercises. The instructor will help you to modify the movements if you have any mobility issues. It is a good workout for everyone!
Fee: $36 for 6 classes. Membership not required. Please register and pay with the front office.
