Bonjour! This program gives individuals who know how to speak French, a chance to practice and improve their abilities. This group of men and women have an enjoyable afternoon conversing about daily events etc. using the French language, led by a knowledgeable and encouraging instructor.
Membership and registration is required to participate in this program.

Level 1 – “Introduction to Windows and Application”
Wednesdays, 10:00 am – 11:30 am
Spring Session: April 3rd – May 8th
An introduction to Windows includes navigating the Windows desktop, working within a Window, using Windows help, starting & shutting down Windows, working with multiple applications, starting and ending applications, and controlling the appearance of Windows. Learn to create,copy, move and delete files and folders as well as use Notepad and Calculator applications.
Program Fee: $50.00 for 6 weeks. (Program fee includes all course material).
Pre-Registration and payment is required at the time of registration. Space is limited as this is a very popular and informative course. Instructor is present to provide assistance throughout the class. Membership is required to participate in this program.
CHAIR YOGA (KUNDALINI YOGA)
Tuesdays, 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Chair yoga exercises can focus on the heart and circulation, general mobility, coordination, enhancing lymphatic flow, mental focus, short term memory, immune function, balancing and more. You will also learn beneficial breathing techniques that are a key aspect of reaching optimum health. Enjoy all the benefits of chair Yoga in a safe and encouraging atmosphere while having so much fun! Chair yoga is one of the gentlest forms of yoga, mostly practiced either sitting in a chair, or standing, using the chair for support. We practice many different yoga postures, as well as simple breathing techniques that aid in relaxation. Each session concludes with gentle relaxation to reduce stress. Chair yoga may be the perfect choice for you if you:
- Have difficulty getting down to or up from the floor
- Suffer from high blood pressure, anxiety, arthritis, fatigue, osteoporosis, and chronic pain
- Want to increase your flexibility, mobility, and move with greater ease and comfort
Wear loose comfortable clothing.
